Save the Date for CAMRT’s 84th Annual General Meeting
This year, CAMRT’s 84th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be part of our National Conference, CAMRT 2026, held in Victoria, British Columbia. The 2026 AGM will take place live in-person at the Victoria Conference Centre, but will also be broadcast online, available to members wishing to attend from across the country. Those who cannot attend in-person can watch in real-time and take part in the meeting through the online question and voting functions.
The AGM will take place Thursday, May 28th, 2026 from 16:00 to 17:30 (PDT).
Participating in the Annual General Meeting is an important part of being a member of your professional association. We hope to see you there!

AGM Materials
The CAMRT Annual Report 2026 and other documents referenced during the Annual General Meeting will be available a few weeks before the meeting on the members’ only section of the CAMRT website. An update will be sent when these are posted for download.
Should you be unable to attend the Annual General Meeting and wish to register your vote(s) in advance, please contact Rachel Darroch at rdarroch@camrt.ca. Please note that advanced votes will not count if motions are amended or changed at the meeting.
