Participate in this years’ MRT Week Photo Contest

This MRT Week, let’s take and share some photos, selfies, teamies, groupies… Take a group photo with your colleagues at work with a caption about MRT Week and/or the MRT profession. Share it on Twitter or Facebook with our #MRTWeek2019 hashtag and be entered into our CAMRT prize draw.

All CAMRT members (including students) are eligible to enter.

MRT Week Photo Contest Details

The  MRT Week Photo Contest (The Contest) is sponsored and operated by the Canadian Association of Medical Radiation Technologists (CAMRT). This contest is governed by these official rules. By participating in the contest, each entrant agrees to abide by these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements, and understands that the results of the contest, as determined by Sponsor and its agents, are final in all respects.

ELIGIBILITY

The Contest is open to all CAMRT members, including student members. The CAMRT has the right to verify the eligibility of each entrant.

CONTEST PERIOD

The “Contest Period” begins on November 3, 2019 at Noon EST and ends at November 9, 2019 at 11:59 PM EST. All entries (submissions) must be received within the Contest Period. The CAMRT reserves the right to extend or shorten the contest at its sole discretion.

HOW TO ENTER

Upload a group photo with colleagues on Twitter using the #MRTWeek2019 hashtag, or to the CAMRT Public Facebook group (https://www.facebook.com/groups/5038825797/ ) to be automatically entered into the prize draw. One entry per photo.

PRIZES

One $100 iTunes Gift Card

Four (4) Tim Hortons gift cards, each valued at $25

Two Gift Certificates for CAMRT Quick Self Studies (CPD).

PRIZE DRAW

All members submitting eligible entries will be entered into a random draw.

The prize draw will take place at the CAMRT offices, under the supervision of CAMRT staff before November 19, 2019.

Notification to prize winners (and instructions for claiming a prize) will be sent via email or other electronic communication (Facebook Messenger or Twitter direct message). Each entrant is responsible for monitoring his/her electronic communications accounts for prize notification and receipt or other communications related to this contest.

If a potential prize winner cannot be reached by the CAMRT within ten (10) days, or if the prize is returned as undeliverable, that potential prize winner shall forfeit the prize and another winner will be chosen at random from remaining entries. If a group is chosen as the winner, the group must determine their own distribution for the prize.

PUBLICATION and PUBLICITY

By participating in the Contest, you irrevocably grant CAMRT the right to publish your name and your submission for promotional purposes, without compensation.
