Revised Fellowship Program

The purpose of the CAMRT fellowship program is to acknowledge and promote professional excellence. It recognizes MRTs who have demonstrated significant contributions to the profession and a commitment to personal growth.  Fellows are experienced MRTs, who throughout their career have embodied the key attributes of CAMRT fellowship: leadership, collaboration, innovation, cultural competency and advocacy.

The new program is more flexible, providing diverse pathways to demonstrate the key attributes of fellowship.

Program Overview:

  1. Apply to the program and provide evidence of eligibility requirements
  2. Point accumulation activities: accumulate points in five different pathways to demonstrate evidence of experience and achievements
  3. Capstone Reflective Practice Paper: submit evidence-based reflective practice paper that describes how the activities performed in each pathway support the key attributes of fellowship.
  4. Capstone Mentorship Project:  propose and complete a project that supports, builds capacity and empowers MRTs in the community.
