The CAMRT conducted a survey to evaluate member satisfaction with our products and services, determine the value of these products and services and identify member needs that are not currently addressed through existing programs, products and services. This annual survey helps us to monitor your level of satisfaction and identify areas in which we can improve.
This year the highlights from the survey results are being delivered in an infographic format and will be published in a 4-part series available in the members-only section.
The 2015 survey was conducted by an independent consulting firm, Harry Cummings and Associates (HCA). Any member with a valid email address (not including students) received an email invitation to participate in the survey. The overall response rate for the survey was 12%
